Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold hotel within a hotel to ensure Fairmont Gold Standards are upheld in rooms, food, and beverage operations.
• Manage and supervise Fairmont Gold Lounge servers and supervisors, driving professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Act as a personal liaison for guests, handling requests, concern resolution, and following up promptly.
• Oversee guest relations, VIP and special‑request arrangements, and maintain a daily log of guest opportunities and corrective actions.
