Position Overview

            Support Daily F&B Operations: Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events). 
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management. 
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 
Guest Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly. 
Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service. 
Team Leadership and Staff Management: Assist in managing the F&B staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training. 
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department. 
Inventory and Stock Control: Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
