JOB SUMMARY 

The Field Compliance Unit is an advisory function having an independent status within International Medical Corps. The Assistant, Field Compliance is a member of the Field Compliance Unit and supports the implementation of compliance activities in countries of operation. 

The Assistant supports the preparation and execution of compliance reviews in accordance with the Ethics and Compliance Charter, country work plans, International Medical Corps policies and procedures, and donor regulations. The role assists in maintaining proper documentation, tracking compliance actions, and supporting adherence to compliance and ethics standards.
