  • Own local potato supply performance for assigned zone, balancing area, volume, quality, and cost in line with AOP (Annual Operation Plan).
  • Lead and integrate agronomy execution across sub-zones through supervisors, ensuring consistency with Best Practices and PTT model.
  • Manage supply risks and trade-offs (weather, growers, seed, competition) and drive corrective actions proactively.
  • Develop local supply organization capability and leadership pipeline to support medium- to long-term business growth.
