POSITION: ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (Mandarin Speaking)

JOB SUMMARY:

• Review and oversee the accuracy of financial balances and account reconciliations for the Hotels and Offices segments of SM China.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances and trends, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Prepare and review value-added financial reports, forecasts, and business analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and endorse financial and operational memoranda, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business units to resolve financial issues, strengthen controls, and support reporting requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Accountancy Graduate.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Certified Public Accountant.
