Position Overview

Our client is a Aquaculture MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central West area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive finance process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and optimise accounting workflows.

  • Review and improve finance systems, reporting processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support business and operational excellence.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, ERP optimisation, and automation initiatives within the finance function.

  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
