Our client, a global logistics real estate provider with presence in over 20 countries and a total AUM of over $100 billion is currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team.

As part of an 18-man team, the Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for the full finance operations duties, monthly closing, reporting activities and bank reconciliations.

Successful candidates will get a chance to work alongside leaders and forerunners in the industry for the established organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience, ideally within Property/Real Estate industry
• Working exposure in Auditing firms is an advantage
• A candidate with experience in JD Edwards (Oracle), Hyperion (HFM), SAP, BPC is preferred
