Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive conversion of leads into confirmed orders. Monitor sales funnel and improve conversion rates. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Designers, and Business Development teams. Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
