Assistant General Manager - The Great Decoy, Hurstbourne Tarrant

The Great Decoy is
our newest opening and first pub in Hampshire. It sits in the Test Valley and
is the kind of village that deserves a good pub.

The name comes
from WWII. Local people came together to build a network of decoy installations
— fake runways, dummy lights — to mislead enemy aircraft. Ordinary people doing
something extraordinary, collectively. We thought that was worth remembering.

We're looking for
an Assistant General Manager who'll make sure every guest feels welcome, whether they're
here for one drink or the whole evening. This is a hands-on role. You'll lead
from the front, help build a team that genuinely enjoys working together, and set
the standard every day. We're after someone who takes pride in running a proper
