POSITION OVERVIEW   The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager with executing all sales, fitness, and operations functions within TITLE Boxing Club.

The AGM provides an exceptional member experience, team environment, and contributes to the club’s financial success.

The AGM trains, develops and leads a diverse, high-performing team to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded.
