Assistant General Manager (Head of Department) - Logistic Warehouse

Head of Logistics (Plant HOD) is responsible for overseeing and managing all logistics operations within the manufacturing plant, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution. This role ensures efficient material flow, cost optimization, and on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing Logistic team
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement (Kaizen)
• Plan capacity, resources, and logistics infrastructure for plant operations
• Control expenses budget within company guidelines.
• Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch)
