Job Summary
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including selection, development, and performance management of employees.
- Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profits.
- Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
