The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations, business performance, administration, and strategic initiatives of the Company. The AGM will play a critical leadership role in ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, compliance, workforce management, and the successful execution of business objectives.
The position requires a highly capable and results‑driven professional who can lead cross‑functional teams, manage day‑to‑day operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act on behalf of the General Manager when required.
The AGM will work closely with department heads to ensure that all business functions operate effectively and align with the Company's strategic goals.
