Responsibilities

Center Operations

• Understand key KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with families to align with core values and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Work a typical schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift, with hours dependent on center needs.
• Communicate coaching schedule changes using scheduling and communication platforms.
• Sell and schedule events (camps, parties) to maximize profitability.
