About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Head of Year to support the vital work of our Heads of Year in managing student behaviour and maximising the achievement of individuals and groups. You will have a commitment to the inclusive and restorative ethos of Ormiston Endeavour Academy and to the academic achievement of all students.

The post is offered working 37 hours per week, 40 working weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks to include personal development days).
