The Clayfield is seeking a hands‑on and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping department during an exciting pre‑opening phase and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, this leadership role will help oversee housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will play an important role in supporting team leadership, colleague training, operational organization, and quality assurance while helping establish the department’s culture, standards, and workflows from the ground up. This role requires a highly organized and service-focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
