Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Support recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and managing new hire paperwork and orientation.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws.
Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.
Handle confidential employee and company information
Maintain accurate employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date.
