Operational HR Business Partner to provide local and regional support for HR Services. This will be individual contributor role with hands on responsibilities.
Responsibilities - Be a business partner to Regional Management Team, regularly engage with cross functional business leaders on organisation design, policy deployment and implementation of the Companys HR strategy and priorities in line with APAC/ Division/ Group People Strategy.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, programs and best practices of full spectrum of HR functions to enhance positive employee engagement and experience, drive high performance culture.
- Provide people solutions through data analysis and reporting for management decision making.
- Execute Compensation and Benefit programs, payroll management to reward an engaged workforce across all businesses in Southeast Asia, Pacific and Taiwan region.
