Support a wide range of C&B functions, including performance management, benefits administration and HR system maintenance
Conduct HR data analysis, prepare payroll data and reports
Perform other HR initiatives and ad hoc projects, such as employee relations / employee compensation / CSR activities, etc.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
A minimum of 2 years solid C&B experience, preferably gained in property management industry or sizeable organizations with frontline / operational workforce
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations
Proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel (Pivot table & lookup functions)
Independent, well-organized, with good analytical skill and be able to work under tight deadlines
