Position Overview

  • Perform daily on-site stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and sufficient supply levels at customer locations.
  • Responsible for receiving activities, including verification of inbound deliveries against documentation and reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Execute timely stock replenishment to designated areas to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
  • Monitor and track inventory movement (inbound and outbound) to ensure proper recording and traceability.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, customer and internal teams to ensure continuous stock availability and timely replenishment cycles.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through systems (ERP, handheld devices, or spreadsheets) and ensure data integrity.
