Job Overview:

The Assistant Building Manager is responsible for in-unit and common area maintenance and repair

needs of the Association under the direction of the Building Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure quality checks on building mechanicals inclusive of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
Maintain documents of inspections and related code compliance
Provide oversight of contractors and ensure contractual fulfillment of services.
Recommend, implement, and maintain quality controls for building systems and staff safety.
Be current on mechanical, technical and management trends for optimizing efficiency of maintenance operational needs of the Association.
Maintain inventory of supplies at minimal cost and optimum efficiency
Manage timely, accurate and complete reporting of projects, incidents, and work-order...
