POSITION SUMMARY The Accounts Receivables Accountant at Nestle will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the companys receivables. This position is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments maintaining accurate financial records and providing support to the finance team in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies.
A DAY IN THE LIFE - Collection Management: Oversee and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments from customers.
- Invoice Processing: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate and present reports on accounts receivable status aging and collection efforts to management. Drive improvements across overdue trade receivables and working capital
