Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream

Job Description
Vendor management & procurement – Developing and empanelment of vendors, negotiating cost, SLA and AMC drafting, NDA formalities, PR/PO process, invoice processing, vendor follow up and Co-ordination as per the requirements of the organization.
Travel Visa & Hotel – International travel and Visa processing, Travel insurance and other formalities. Hotel bookings and coordination for domestic travel, Hotel RC finalization.
Event management – Making necessary arrangements for internal meetings & events, R&R programs, Annual day events etc.
Managing housekeeping, security, transport and cafeteria services efficiently without disruption of services.
