The role supports the administration and coordination of EEE research programmes and related graduate research activities under EEE Graduate (Research Studies) office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support as part of the EEE Graduate (Research Studies) team.
Assist ACG in the administration of EEE research degree programmes, including student academic matters, curriculum administration, examinations, and progression matters.
Coordinate and manage graduate academic related activities and events, including programme outreach, publicity, orientation, and other ad hoc student activities.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate programme administration.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
