We are recruiting for a large cap‑listed property investment, management and development group in Singapore. They are looking to beef up their asset management team.

Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing their retail assets. The role will focus on retail planning, trade mix optimisation, tenant performance analysis, and asset enhancement initiatives to strengthen positioning, drive footfall, and maximise asset value.

Responsibilities

• Support asset strategy for retail positioning.
• Analyse tenant performance, sales productivity, footfall and occupancy.
• Manage net property income (rental income and operating expenses) and capital expenditures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, annual business plans and performance reporting for retail assets.
