Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base
• Taking ownership of client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
• Supporting and mentoring team members as our BAS practice continues to grow
• Contributing to workflow management, review processes, and team development
• Getting involved in broader advisory projects and helping clients achieve sustainable growth

Requirements

• Solid experience within our Business Advisory Services environment (or similar CA setting)
• CA / CPA qualification (or close to completion) with strong practical application
• Confidence partnering with clients on business performance, strategy, and improvements
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
