Assistant Manager – Business Support/HR (HR Analytics & Regulatory Support)
Role Summary
Partner with HR, Compliance/Legal and business stakeholders to deliver HR analytics and reporting while supporting IRDAI-related training, compliance updates and communications.
We will count on you to:
Deliver HR analytics: attrition insights, workforce forecasting, budgeting support, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly leadership reports.
Support workforce planning: headcount forecasting and hiring demand analysis.
Create MIS reports using Excel ; ensure strong data validation and hygiene.
Manage mandatory training repository, compliance reports/returns, and coordinate with Legal & Compliance team for annual IRDAI audits.
Maintain IRDAI compliance portal updates.
Track and manage training data for internal systems and ensure audit readiness.
