About the Role:
The Assistant Manager β Corporate Volunteering will lead corporate partnership development by managing key accounts, understanding CSR priorities, and designing customized volunteering engagements. The role ensures a seamless partner experience from proposal to execution while driving strong retention and high volunteer engagement.
In addition, the role involves managing and mentoring team members to ensure quality execution, accountability, and alignment with partnership and impact goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership & Account Management
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners and CSR stakeholders, driving 60% partner retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring 90%+ NPS and high long-term engagement.
