Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them
Escalation management & problem solving with the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively addressing the same
Learn & develop strong knowhow of our product features & functionalities
Plan, monitor, report product implementations for a given client
Identify risks and provide mitigation plans as part of product implementation
Drive & manage overall governance framework
Working closely with Sales, Support, Product & Regional / Country teams to ensure that customers are happy, engaged and achieving their desired outcomes
Payroll implementation background preferred.
Qualification & Skills:
Total and relevant years of experience - 1 to 3 yrs
Excellent Communication Skills (Must know English & Spanish)
