**Description**

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead will provide leadership to cross⁃functional project teams, initiating, facilitating and executing improvement initiatives which ensure that processes are capable of meeting productivity, quality and cost expectations demanded by the UK Fulfilment Centre and its customers. These improvement programs include the development and implementation of new processes, systems & procedures.

The role requires the CI lead to constantly seek, share and implement best practices and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, agility, improved throughput capacity and business processes.

Responsible for training and coaching DC Team members in the use of the Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques, enabling them to take ownership and responsibility for the performance of their work area
