POSITION PURPOSE

The Assistant Manager, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations supports the delivery of end-to-end employee relations and industrial relations services, with primary responsibility for managing day-to-day case handling, investigations, and disciplinary processes.

Working under the guidance of the Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Advisor, the role ensures that employee matters are handled in a fair, timely, and procedurally sound manner in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
