Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the M&E aspects of the assigned properties including the efficient and orderly running of the engineering office, workshop and all M&E plant rooms. Lead a team of engineering staff to attain the highest level of operational efficiency and service delivery Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme for M&E installations and systems Review all M&E maintenance contracts, agreements and insurance policies Carry out systematic inspection and audit of the property M&E plants and premises Liaise with statutory authorities on M&E licenses, installations and checks of the assigned properties Oversee asset enhancement/upgrading works Assist in preparing cost estimates, work specifications, quotations, tender recommendations, and contract documentation Conduct regular inspections of common areas, public walkways, façades, plant rooms, and air‑conditioning equipment, ensuring timely rectification of defects Ensure compliance wi...
