Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager – ESG (Sustainability), you will play a pivotal role in delivering ESG consulting projects across various industries. You will be responsible for coordinating engagements, reviewing team deliverables, managing client interactions, and supporting organizations in implementing ESG strategies, sustainability frameworks, climate‑related initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and executing ESG and sustainability advisory engagements.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting related to environmental, social, and governance performance.
• Support clients in developing ESG strategies, policies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct sustainability reporting in accordance with recognized frameworks such as GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, and TCFD.
