Responsibilities :

• Assist the Plantation Manager in overseeing daily estate operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of plantation activities.
• Oversee operations of oil palm and/or rubber divisions, including nurseries, field development, harvesting, and routine maintenance.
• Manage infrastructure development, including roads, bridges, and village facilities, while controlling budgets and costs effectively.
• Supervise a large workforce, review mandore records, and monitor daily FFB grading reports.
• Ensure compliance with MSPO and RSPO standards, including training and documentation.
• Identify harvesters with disciplinary issues and take appropriate follow-up actions in the field. Conduct regular field inspections and verify FFB grading.
