Job Summary This role will be responsible for handling building maintenance services, planning and implementing preventive maintenance and improvement works.
Job Description - Management of tenancy work for Fit Out, Renovations and Reinstatement in accordance to requirements
- Management of security and carpark related matters
- Ensure the repair work are properly executed and completed according to requirements and certify for payment upon completion
- Ensure building services and M&E system are serviced accordingly to term contract schedule and scope of work.
- Verify service report and certify for payment monthly
- Ensure and track all authorities licences are renewed yearly
- Attend to tenant's/residents/public feedback promptly and ensure any rectification works are done with minimum disturbance
