Manage and monitor all litigation matters of the Setia Group related to projects development and construction in Courts and Tribunals including dispute resolution and legal advisory work, reviewing cause papers and liaising with external solicitors while providing regular updates on the litigation matters to Senior Management.
To perform legal research and to keep abreast of applicable laws and regulations relating to the Setia Group’s business and operations and advice on impact on such changes.
Manage exposure of the Setia Group’s or Business Unit’s risks and enhance commercial and other interests in accordance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external solicitors and other party advisors on Setia Group Legal’s or Business Units of the Setia Group matters.
