Support HR Services Initiatives for Process and Outcome improvement
Support Business Objectives for the HR Services Unit
Assist in Data Analytics that can influence other stakeholders
Provide data analytics towards process improvement and performance check-ins of various functions
Conduct research, design, and monitor implementation of HR projects/processes under the Manager's guidance.
Analyze and optimize HR processes/operations for effectiveness and efficiency by driving process improvements and reengineering
Oversee technology needs within the ambit of HR and come up with appropriate solutions
Perform analytics and trend analysis for HR and related teams.
