Provide timely operational advice, e.g. people practices, local employment laws and HR trends, to key stakeholders to drive and support people initiatives and facilitate decision making.
Provide guidance to the line managers on employee grievances, disciplinary and termination handling. Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigation where necessary.
Partner with the business, Talent Acquisition and L&D team to deliver various initiatives such as the Work-Study Diploma, Aircraft Maintenance Training and recruitment of Technicians and Engineers.
Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.
Ensure high quality in all deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
