Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Store Staff and Store Managers across retail stores β sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
Induction & Compliance
- Plan and conduct structured employee induction programs for new joiners
- Oversee uniform and ID badge distribution as part of the onboarding process
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and handle employee grievances promptly
Documentation & Audit
- Draft and issue HR letters including show-cause notices, warning letters, and transfer letter...
