The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the Banquet venues, Outdoor Catering (ODC), and Corporate Services across unit locations and Catering Collective corporate office This role is critical in ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent across frontline, mid-management, and leadership roles, aligned with business growth plans.
The incumbent will play a key role in building a structured, scalable, and data-driven hiring engine , while ensuring speed, quality, and cultural fit.
