We are seeking an Assistant Manager β HR (Business Partnering) to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive talent strategies, employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role will act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives, while supporting key HR processes such as talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with functional leaders (Consulting, Sales, Delivery) to understand workforce needs and design HR solutions.
β’ Translate business priorities into HR initiatives that support growth, client delivery, and profitability.
