Reporting to the Regional Head of Operations , you will initially immerse yourself in our existing regional distribution and procurement frameworks. Once mastered, you will be a key driver in conceptualizing and building the Ops Machine for our new entity. You are the architect who will ensure that our new business is scalable, compliant, and operationally excellent from Day 1

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Entity Foundational Design: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end operational workflows for the new entity, including fund flows, policy lifecycles, and reporting structures.

• Knowledge Transfer & Mastery: Rapidly learn and document existing insurance distribution and procurement processes to identify best practices for the new entity's setup.
