Assistant Manager- IT Coordinator

The IT Store & Asset Management Executive is responsible for managing IT inventory, fixed assets, procurement activities, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and compliance-related documentation. 
The role includes maintaining optimum stock levels, processing approved procurement requests, registering and tracking assets in software coordinating repairs and warranty services, supporting audits, managing e-waste disposal, handling SIM and iOS device inventory, coordinating SAP item master data requirements, monitoring asset movements, supporting employee clearance processes, and ensuring proper documentation of all IT assets, purchases, approvals, invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and related records.
