HIRING – ASSISTANT MANAGER RECRUITMENT (BFSI & FINANCIAL DOMAIN)

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 7+ years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment.
• Strong expertise in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Financial Domain Hiring .
• Experience in managing mid-level to leadership hiring mandates .
• Proven ability to handle stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy .
• Hands-on experience in sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management .
• Must have experience in mentoring and leading a team of recruiters .
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, hiring funnels, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, people management, and client engagement skills.
