Position Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the effective day-to-day operations of the Hub and programmes delivery, which provides a comprehensive range of intervention programmes and services for children aged 5 to 12 years enrolled in mainstream schools.

This role involves staff supervision, programme oversight, administrative responsibilities, and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery and positive outcomes for children and families.



Key Responsibilities


Staff Supervision & Programme Suppor t

  • Update the Manager on clients’ progress and developmental outcomes
  • Supervise staff in their collaboration with Psychological Services and schools’ SEN Officers (SEN-O) on case management
  • Oversee and support Kids Club programmes
  • Mentor and support newer teachers in their professional development
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
