About the role
This role will develop plan and execute projects to setup HVAC Labs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive new Lab Setups / Critical Lab Vendors Management
Handling Lab Operations, Testing & Validation of HVAC Products.
Test Scheduling & Resource Management
Lab Capacity Planning & Upgrades
Critical Lab Vendors Management
Drive Test Certifications & accreditation activities for Products & Testing Laboratories (AHRI, NABL etc.)
Lab EH&S Management/improvements
Responsible for People Development & Process Improvements
Drive Lab Productivity & Cost kaizen initiatives
Lab Customer's Experience Mgmt
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
