We’re looking to bring someone into our legal team who can support the group on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple markets.

With that, we’re looking for someone who can take on a broad portfolio, with a focus on corporate, M&A, and financing matters, while also being closely involved in our day-to-day operations and development projects. It’s a hands‑on role with exposure across different parts of the business as our company operates across both the hospitality and education divisions.

• Support complex transactions from structuring to execution, including hotel management and franchise agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, and development‑related deals. Assist in coordinating with investors, developers, and financial institutions to support commercially viable outcomes.
