The individual will lead and support the organisation’s Organisational Development (OD), Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Learning strategies to strengthen leadership pipeline, workforce capability, culture, and employee experience. The individual will also be involved in other aspects of the HR & Corporate Services function at IBF.

The role will be responsible for designing, driving and integrating OD, talent and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with IBF’s strategy and long‑term workforce needs.
