• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare management role in a hospital setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee medical services and clinical operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and compliance requirements.
