looking for a Assistant Manager who is looking to take the next step and is
eager to learn and progress to join is at the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market. We will work to develop you in site, and give you access to all sorts of
development opportunities across the wider business - 70% of our General
Managers are internal appointments.
You will be an experienced Assistant Manager, confident in leading teams, fantastic with our guests, and have a real drive for high standards and pushing to be the best you can be. Our pub is well known for food, has plenty of bedrooms for overnight guests, a huge function room - we even have a cinema! Plenty to get your teeth stuck into and have a real impact on the business as you grow.
